WINTER SENIOR COMPETITION 2019–
WINTER team registrations have opened. We only take team
registrations, with the option to sign up with a deposit and pay in
full once the competition starts. All payments must be in by round 1
or your team will be withdrawn from the competition. If your an
individual looking for a team we will create a post on Facebook for
people to connect. First round of competition is Monday April 29th. Games will be played at Rat Park Narrabeen (venue to be confirmed)

PAY IN FULL NOW = $1260 per team (if you pay now through this registration form)
PAY DEPOSIT NOW = $160 team deposit + $1200 before round 1. This amounts to $1360
Each team must have a minimum of 10 players
Works out to be $126 per player if paid in full now.
Works out to be $136 per player if paid later.
To complete this registration process you must pay either the full amount or the Team deposit fee of $160.

Once you have paid the $160 deposit the remainder can be paid via EFT-

Game times vary from 6:20pm,7:10pm,8:00pm & 8:40pm
Shirts- every team must have a numbered shirt to play in the
competition. We can organize this for you at a cost of $150 per
team.(10 shirts supplied) There is an upgrade price if you would
prefer a singlet, wet/dry fabric. Or you can organise your own shirts
through the clubs supplier who is situated in Mona Vale- Clive

Alternatively if your team are not all in the same shirt on
competition night you can borrow a set of numbered bibs.

SENIOR REGISTRATIONS SUMMER 2019– All information for this competition will be posted in July.
JUNIOR REGISTRATIONS 2019 WILL OPEN AT THE END OF MAY.
We run a boys competition and a girls competition. In the juniors you
can have girls playing in your boys team but you must register in the
boys comp. There is no mixed competition.
U7s to U9s- (BOYS & GIRLS)
U11S TO U17S- (BOYS & GIRLS)
JUNIORS – Competition starts Friday September 6th (date to be confirmed)
Please note the following years listed determine which age group you
will register in.
U7’s born in 2012 to 2014
U9’s 2010 to 2011
U11’s 2008 to 2009
U13’s 2006 to 2007
U15’s 2004 to 2005
U17’s 2002 to 2003
U7’s & U9’s is 5 on the field and all other age groups are 6 on the field.
We recommend registering no more than 3 or 4 extras in your team. e.g
Under 11s play 6 a side with 3 or 4 reserves.
A maximum of 9 shirts for under 9s will be issued and 10 shirts for
under 11s up. Unless requested on your registration form. We use Ramo
Tshirts and they are unisex sizes. A size 8 shirt is very small and
recommended for the youngest age group. A size 16 we would recommend
for Under 15 girls.
T-shirt/ball Pick up night-(For junior competition only) Time & venue TBA. Each Manager will collect the team shirts for their players. If you’re unable to do this please nominate someone in your team to pick them up.

No person is to be registered twice in the one division.
No more than 3 rep players are to be registered in a team of that age groups gender. If a rep player plays up an age group or the girls play in the boys division they are not deemed as rep players.
If your team is short players throughout the season you may borrow from the division below or boys can borrow girls from the same division. Under 7s teams are unable to borrow players unless it is boys borrowing from the girls comp. Remember if you borrow your still to be aware of rep players in your team. Please be considerate & ask the team your playing if it is ok. You must have 4 of your own players as a minimum. Once we are past round 9 there are no borrowing players.
Game times- first time slot will be 4.30pm, 5.10pm, 5.50pm, 6.30pm, 7.10pm, 7.50 and 8.30pm. It will go from youngest to oldest age groups.
Divisions– If there are numerous teams in the one age group we will have 2 divisions. They will then cross over at Semi final time against each other. Under 7s and 9s will have their own divisions as we have a big age difference. This age group will be split on ages where it is possible.
As we only accept payment for the whole team, it is generally left up to the team manager/coach to collect the money off each player. Please be considerate by paying your manager promptly if they have so kindly offered to organize the team’s payment.
Team registration includes playing t-shirt, team ball, insurance, referees fees, professionally run competition and loads of FUN!
